Sasuke was highly nerfed in the final fight at the valley of the end. I actually think that he should have won that fight with ease and not "loose" like he did. This is why I think so :
The rinnegan.
Like why isn't anyone talking about that? Kishi literally nerfed his Rinnegan abilities so much it looked like he didn't even have them (at least in the manga cuz the anime made him use universal pull at least)
Where were the giant animals?Which of course wouldn't kill Naruto but would be a pain in the ass to fight,especially cerberus.
What about his mechanical arm which can shoot up laser beams and missiles? What about his ability to absorb ninjutsu? Can anyone give me a good example that he couldn't absorb Naruto's bijuu rasenshurken? Like why? Or Susanoo sized Shinra tenseis that would send those kurama clones flying?
Or how about throwing him meteors?
