Sasuke used Ninjustsu, Mangekyou Sharingan abilities, Rinnegan abilities, Taijutsu, Shuriken Jutsu, the 8 Bijuus + Half Kurama, and the frakkin elements of the enviroment but not a single Genjutsu against Naruto.

In fact, Sasuke has never used Genjutsu against Naruto in any of their fights. Sasuke used Genjutsu against Sai, Orochimaru, Kabuto, Jugo, Deidara, Itachi, Bee, attempted on Ay but hit Cee, Danzo, White Zetsus, the Bijuus but never against Naruto.

Sasuke who is the younger brother of a Genjutsu master, who has used the solo glance on him several times.

That's what they say, and we saw Bee and Gyuki do it vs Sasuke. And yet Obito was able to keep Yagura under genjutsu with his Mangekyou Sharingan for an unspecified amount of time. Years perhaps.

That does not mean he is a Perfect Jinchuuriki. It means that he can transform into his Bijuu and use its powers, but so did both Yugito and Gaara to some extent. We can assume Yagura could do so better than them both, but being able to use the full extent of their Bijuu's powers does not mean it cooperates with you.
