If he wants to kill all Bijuu for the safety of the entire world and if it means erasing Naruto and rewriting a Bijuu-free history, then his plan is the most rational one. Once the Bijuus are erased that would mean no more political conflicts, no more massacres to gain supremacy over other clans, no more espionage activities to slaughter more in the name of amassing more power. Naruto's plan is a stuff Disney Fairy-tales and this is where it belongs, amongst the butterflies and unicorns.

Rational, LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

And do tell, what do they do when the Tailed Beasts reform and come back?

You do know that didn't you, they are only killed temporarily then they come back and are extremely unhappy about it.

^ I think you suffer from something man. Prove it that since the Juubi now happens to be on the battle-field the beast will not just die or get assimilated within the Juubi, from where it originally came from? Not only that, only Obito, Madara, and possibily Sasuke know the truth about Bijuus as Madara is the only one who has read the tablet to its fullest and he passed on what he knew to Obito and so on.

So let's turn this question around: Do you have ANY proof whatsoever about the workings of the Juubi, now that it's on the battle-field in physical form? Oh wait, none. So Lol Lol Indeed.
