Notice the expression on Sasuke's face when he has opened the scroll, and then he says "THIS IS IT,the one who knows EVERYTHING". NOTICE the pause gaps in his words and then his silence, that is a sign of "awe" or shock. Who is the all knowing god of shinobi (he who knows everything?) The So6p.
Notice how Sasuke pauses TWICE. He was obviously shocked to have gotten that scroll.
If Sasuke couldnt read the scroll, then why did he say "This is it"? And why would he be "shocked" (judging by the small pauses in his words and then the silence) if it wasnt of use to him, meaning that he couldnt read it? Who is the guy who has a wide/massive access to various DNA? That would be Orochimaru. Sasuke is obviously in a hurry to meet him. This logic just could be true.
