if you pay close attention to how kishi likes to drop things on us he gives us the answer before we even know what the problem is..

for instance right before tobi became a dominant character they did the kakashi chronicles explaining who he was

but ive been paying attention to sasuke and taka.. and if you notice hes been sucking uzimaki chakra out of karin for a long time.. idk if this is one of kishis foreshadowing tricks but after hearing a explanation of her jutsu i have some belief that its connected to sasuke getting a powerup what do you think...

Probably not, i think she converted her chakra to healing energy or the uzimaki chakra is naturally healing. But you may be on to something, though it seems to unnatural even for a uchia.

No, seems highly unlikely. And in any event, I don't think Uzumaki chakra is anything special. Their lifeforce was special, as it allowed them to live longer lives...not their chakra.
