Killer Bee: Even though Sasuke got killed twice in that Bee fight ( which was pretty hilarious ) you have to consider that Sasuke wasn't going for the kill and he didn't know if he could dispel the Amaterasu flames until he absolutely had to when Karin was getting burned , now Sasuke has an EMS so he can spam Amaterasu. If Bee and Sasuke were to fight again Sasuke would win just because of Amaterasu and his Susanoo, and if Bee decides to go full Hachibi then that just makes him an easier target to get burned.

Ay: Ay would speed blitz the crap out of Sasuke, forcing him to use his Susanoo for defense since he can't hope to keep up with someone that fast, but again, he has EMS so he can spam all of his dojutsu techniques, and through this he could either put Ay in a genjutsu, or use Ay's hotheadedness to his advantage and have him try to break through his Enton Susanoo and burn him that way, or use his precognition abilities ( if he can predict his speed at even the slightest ) to have Ay run into Sasuke's Amaterasu sword and burn that way. Ay could have a chance at winning, if he wasn't so stupid and hotheaded,
Sasuke wins High difficulty because of his intellect.
Mei: Mei? This one is laughable, she has no answer for Amaterasu, Enton Arrows, Amaterasu Orb, or anything else in Sasuke's arsenal, and what makes it worse? She basically has no feats worth mentioning that would help her in a fight against someone who can spam techniques that can kill in one hit/instantly, but that's only if Sasuke is willing to waste Chakra for some troll worthy overkill, a Genjutsu/Amaterasu combo should suffice.
Sasuke takes this Low dif.
Oonoki: Hmm, Oonoki, this is going to be a tough one ( and he's my favorite Kage, but I'm not going to fanboy him in this thread ;D ), both of these guys have one shot abilities, but there's a problem, Oonoki's one shot techniques take more time to prep than Sasuke's, but if Oonoki touches Sasuke or anything on Sasuke like his Susanoo he would just make it weigh a bunch of tons making it harder for Sasuke to fight ( even though it is questionable if he could make Sasuke's Susanoo weigh more, but if he can then this fight get's a lot harder ), this fight pretty much depends on each character's one shot abilities, and how quickly they could launch them, and if Oonoki tries to use a giant Jinton then this leaves him open for Sasuke's attacks. The fight is in Sasuke's favor but this fight could easily go to both sides.
Sasuke 50/50 until someone can provide a better explanation.
Danzo: This is the only fight Sasuke would lose solely because of KA, it can manipulate you without you even noticing so I'll give you this one

I may not like Sasuke all that much but he has some cool traits to him, and you should really stop underestimating him. Sasuke has a chance at beating almost everyone on your list.
