Normally Sasuke would win with low difficulty but in this case, I guess mid difficulty since Tsunade can tank susanoo attacks. Still once Sasuke encases her within a susanoo arm, she'll be crushed completely with or without regeneration. Also note that Tsunade can't destroy a full formed susanoo and even without it, Sasuke can predict her movements with the sharingan. He is also much faster than her and can slow her down even further with genjutsu.

I guess susanoo arrows can blow her head off or once Sasuke preps kirin, he can obliterate Tsunade.

Wrong, Being physically strong doesn't increase your chances of being smashed.

He is already faster than her and can predict her moves via Sharingan. If she gets up close then Susanoo ensnares her and smashes her just like it did to Danzo.

Or he can fight her using his Ribcage and then he can use Susanoo arms along with the Ribcage to smash her. She comes up close to hit her, he uses Sharingan pre cog to dodge and then uses Chidori Nagashi to paralyze her, then his Susanoo's hand snatches her up and crushes her.
