I'm guessing this is Sasuke(EMS). I think Sasuke would win because he could keep spamming amaterasu which made the Hachibi(second strongest tailed beast) start screaming his head off. Susanoo would be strong enough to take the wind jutsu. Sasuke wins all three scenarios but it would be different if he had MS.

Hachibi is made of flesh,which is why it screamed in pain,shukaku is made of sand,and feels no pain,also amaterasu flames couldnt burn through gaara's chakra infused sand,i dont think it's going to burn through the shukaku bijhuu chakra infused sand body. Also shukaku can do a tbb as well as fire wind nukes. Also i think it's physically strong enough to shatter sasuke's susanoo,it can manipulate sand better than gaara as well.are you sure sasuke would win all scenarios?

shukaku has very strong fuutons so sasuke will probably try shooting a fireball. physical attacks have no effect. amaterasu cant burn chakra infused sand. so sasukes only chance is controlling it with genjutsu
