Jiraiya-Can't dodge Amaterasu, so that takes him out.

Tsunade-Can't even dodge Enton Magatama so that takes her out also.

Orochimaru-The only way he escapes Amaterasu is if he uses Body Shredding, but as Sasuke can spam more Enton Magatama than he can use Body Shredding, Sasuke simply exhausts him of his chakra or Orochimaru gives up and dies. He can't dodge Enton covered Susanoo arrows, Enton Blade will rip his Eight Branches apart and light them on fire.

No Sannin has a remote chance of beating Sasuke one on one, it isn't even close, the max difficulty he beats them at is mid diff.

Jiraiya gets raped by Amaterasu, so does Orochimaru.

He outclasses those two one on one, it isn't even close.

Can Tsunade remove the burning skin with her chakra scalpels? I mean when her Byakugou is active, only her skin would burn. So in this case, if the amaterasu hits her arm, can she remove the burning skin?

If it does than Sasuke fires off a susanoo arrow right after killing Jiraiya. Why will Tsukuyomi have no effect on Jiraiya when only a sharingan master has a chance against it? Chidori Nagashi frees Sasuke from the swamp.

Are you kidding me? Orochimaru isn't fast enough to react to susanoo arrows or kirin. Amaterasu can be countered but he will constantly waste a huge amount of chakra body shedding. Not only that, but Oro has no counter to sharingan genjutsu. How does Oro even touch Sasuke? Also if Sasuke decides to burn Orochimaru with enton magatamas, they will do so from the inside out so Orochimaru won't be able to use body shedding. Or Sasuke paralyses Orochimaru via chidori sharp spear and proceeds to kill him. Once Oro is paralysed, he won't be able to counter amaterasu.

Seems too far fetched and while Tsunade is burning, she will be in pain so she won't be able to use chakra scalpels properly. There is a huge chance that amaterasu will spread to the chakra scalpel thereby making it useless. Also she is a sitting duck if she does that.
