Lets see, Sasuke use susanoo as usual, shino does his bugs all over susanoo and suck its chakra, it might make some bugs fall off but most will stick and suck it dry, at the same time, sasukes vision is blocked and he surrounds susanoo with amaterasu, nothing he can do from that point.

They can stand there for 30 minutes untill sasuke gets tired and shino goes at it again, when he sucks susanoo dry, that´s when they´ll do the team attack, kiba does that huge-wolf fang over fang, he´ll tire sasuke out and while shino rests.
Kiba does smoke-bomb all over the place, sasuke can´t see, kiba can smell him, hinata can see him and shino can sense him, they all attack at once, game over.
