Doesn't matter. The one Orochimaru used was blood-poisoning. So did Sasori. Also, you can't make a person immune to poison unless you know that poison. Usually you poison the victim and increase their immunity system and make them immune to that poison. Orochimaru never having seen this poison canonically means he had no means to make such poison to test on Sasuke. Not to mention, Kakashi said probably and is not sure himself. Also he wasn't there to develop such high immunity system to Sasuke with Orochimaru. You just said 'various poisons'. That means he's not immune to all, whilst giving him high chance of not being immune to Sasori's poison?
Not really. While MS Sasuke is really poweful, all he has against Sasori is his Susano'o arrows and possibly Chidori (Spear won't work as it's fully energetic and will just be 'absorbed' by the Satetsu).
But I'd give it to Sasuke 6.5/10. However, it's not madness to say Sasori can win.
No, orochimaru made him immune to lots of poisons. Furthermore, he worked with sasori in the akatsuki, and wanted to take him down. He must have had some knowledge on sasori's poisons. So, there is a high chance that sasuke IS immune to sasori's poison. The only reason why he wasn't immune to orochimaru's poisons(in his true form) is due to the fact that oro needed a fail safe incase sasuke attacked him. And kakashi's statement holds true, given that anko claimed she was immunised from a large batch of poisons as well
