Sasori. With you restricting Susano'o this is over-kill. Amaterasu burns slowly, which will give Sasori the advantage, seeing as how he switches between puppets rather quick. He also has 298 puppets, and after 298 Amaterasu's, Sasuke would be drained.

1 scratch and it is over for Sasuke mind you.
