It is a pure arm wrestling battle; no other techs or cheats are involved.
Without CES; Sasuke have chances though; we don't know if Sakura has pure raw strength like Tsunade.

I don't think so. Tsunade is strong, she has 5 in databook in srength. Sakura has only 3.

That's why we don't know; those databooks are too old.
Sasuke had 3,5 though; he can win the match with CES restriction.

Sasuke wins then. Sakura's super strength comes from chakra enhancements, Tsunade has natural raw strength I believe..
