scenario 1 : sasuke has all his current powers seen in the manga, all kages are alive and can use all theyre jutsu, minato cannot use the kyuubis chakra

Scenario 2 : sasuke still has all his current powers, kages are alive and can use all theyre jutsu, minato CAN use kyuubis chakra
