Itachi,Hiruzen,Kakashi,Jiraiya,Oro,Tsunade,Shukaku Gaara,one tail naruto,Kisame,Guy ..... Sasuke cant beat all of them together.I am not even mentioning Hiruzen's RDS.

Everybody in Part 1 without Part 2 inflation? Meaning that you completely ignore everything that transpired in the pages of Shippuden and only go by the pages of part 1.
Essentially the difference would mean that Jiriaya would not have Sage Mode, Itachi wouldn't have Susano'O, Tsunade doesn't have Byakugo, ect. ect.
If Inflation is a part of this thread then Sasuke loses as his Perfect Susano'O is featless and he was exhausted after only one attack using it and had his chakra replentished. Without it, he simply can't keep up with every single character at once.
Hachimon Guy, Sennin Modō Jiriaya, Itachi, and Gaara could easily keep his attention long enough while Kimmimaro used Sawarabi no Mai.
If Inflation isn't a part of this thread, then Sasuke wins pretty easily.

After fighting in them for an extended amount of time against the Juubi, Madara & Obito, then against a chakra absorbing adversary in Shinju and then fought Zetsubito, while Sasuke had just started fighting in his.
Im not sure what that thread is even suppose to be about.

LMAO, they have cloaks (which don't appear to be any less prominent than before) and yet are running out of chakra. The cloak doesn't possess the ability to restore chakra; get over yourself.
You claimed that being able to make a Bijuu-sized PS has no bearing on being able to make a Bijuu-sized "V3" Susanoo. A statement which is inherently false.

My mind has been changed on that for awile now. Though it doesn't really matter, it can be the same size as Perfect Susano'O but its still going to be much more brittle and fragile than a Perfect Susano'O.
And just for clarification, that's not the stage of Susano'O below Perfect Susano'O (You refrenced it as such). That's Sasuke's Armoured Susano'O. The Stages being as follows
1. Ribcage - Self explanatory
2. Skeletal - The Susano'O Sasuke uses to block the combined assault of Shinobi at the Kage Summit.
3. Armoured - The Susano'O Sasuke awakened when he broke Danzo's Juuin Jutsu.
4. Complete - The Susano'O Itachi used to seal Nagato & the Susano'O Sasuke used against the crowd of Zetsu
5. Perfect Susano'O - Self explanatory

People with Kurama cloaks have been stated as being out of chakra. I have no intention of debating this.
Switch those two around.
I didn't incorrectly reference anything. I use that level of Susanoo as a base to discuss because it is a level of Susanoo that is commonly cited as being something that Sasuke can't make of X size.
Besides, thinking of Susanoo in such a discrete manner is largely pointless. The armored Susanoo that Sasuke used previously is 'merely' an unstabilized version of a "Perfect" Susanoo. Sasuke has already shown that he can skip over that "level" of Susanoo.

There is no "Perfect" Susanoo. The real Kanji translates to "true". It's what happens when Madara stabilized an armored Susanoo; it's the 100% manifestation of Susanoo. Sasuke has already shown that he can jump from a "V3" Susanoo to a "Perfect" Susanoo:
