They seem equal I give my analysis first then you judge:
Sasuke: a tactician, his Chidori would post a threat to both human and naraka path due to their lack for good defence, but it'll be useless against Preta path,Deva, Asura, and animal (the two latters because of their defence), Amaterasu would work great against animal path, and maybe preta path, but not quite against Deva path, His susano'o would make great defence against shinra tensei (weak version) Animal summons ...so he's in average has the upper hand against 3 paths.
6 paths of Pain: needless to say their powers, they'll post a great threat to Sasuke if weren't aware of each power earlier and their revival by Naraka path would make Sasuke had a hard time, but he'll mostly get 4 (Asura, Animal,Naraka, Human) down ....so it's 51% to Pain, 49% to Sasuke ... +rep because this vs wasn't a flame war field

Pain wins this high diff but if it was negato healthy low-mid dif but i'm just going to use some sort of fanboy logic one of pains famous jutsus to the face of sasuke -_- lol by the way not a pain or negato fan boy i just thought i'd say that cause thats what this thread is going to turn into fan boy against fanboy and if you must insist i am any sort of fan boy get it right i'm a hidden mist fanboy and possibly a Madara fanboy

sasuke since they cant blitz his enton defense and they are weak against genjutsu deva and preta are the only strong paths and both have not shown an amatertsu counter so sasuke wins assuming sasuke shots an arrow and then follows up with amatertsu he can make use of shnra tenseis cool down time and kill deva then just taijutsu with preta or something
