Rinnegan,Kamui,gedo mazou,6jins,crapload of uchiha kinjutsu and knows all of sasuke's abilities.

You can't underestimate Sasuke.Obito plot armour loan time is almost up but Sasuke's armour is not even close to being up

Sasuke. Obito doesn't just carry around random body's to use ET, so he can't use it in battle. And I doubt he can summon Gedo Mazo, doesn't that take a few minutes or something?
Sasuke can beat him, but it wouldn't be easy. Obito has a rock hard body, and can probably only be killed by Kirin or Chidori straight to the chest.

Once u've prepared ET u store the bodies in coffins and can summon them any moment.
Sasukes best chance is to fight obito at close range and maybe overpower him with genjutsu.
But obito knows all his abilities and can easily gain range and start spamming TBBs and finally outlast sasuke, thus win.
