neji would have killed sasuke then...even kakashi said he didnt knw such a guy existed and that sasuke kun had nothing on neji and that was to confirm what lee said about neji being the most powerful genin in the leaf's history...

sasuke did gain chidori and lee type speed but neji's reflexes are near sage mode levels we've seen him bob and weave like floyd mayweather and nothin has ever gotten through heaven's rotation and neji's taijutsu speed is off the charts his punch speed is almost unavoidable


neji was the only one to move up to jonin following the chuunin exams which basically meant he was jonin level when he was classified as a genin...and he is smarter than sasuke almost on par with shikamaru...

hebi sasuke would be a match but it could go either way

sasuke whe he fought killer bee could still lose to neji because he couldnt use susano then and barely amaterasu and neji and sasuke will try to fight hand to hand or use his sword and toe to toe fight against hyuuga is suicide even sasuke stands back and uses long range jutsu it gets repelled from heaven's rotation but neji also has long range jutsu which can be fatal so when sasuke first uses susano the n thats the sasuke who beats neji clear cut with no if and or buts...everything sasuke prior to susano usage can be beaten by neji extremely high diff

Does Neji even have the reaction speed to dodge Sasuke's Shunshin?

Sure Neji was supposedly better than Lee, but I highly doubt Lee had ever even taken the weights off against Neji, as he needed Gai's special permission which was only given in life or death situations.

I honestly don't see Neji dodging or countering the same Shunshin Sasuke used on Team 7 or on Deidara. At least not feat wise.

You are joking, right ? That Sasuke was capable of taking on entire Team Yamato, and had Kirin at his disposal.
Neji is not even close.
