2. He can shoot an arrow and switch the arrow with the Rasenshuriken, therefore changing it's direction
3. He can simply shoot it with an arrow. An attack does not have to be equavalent in order to make the other superior one explode. This isn't like Dragon Ball Z where it's a contest of pushing.

Even without PS. Sasuke has susanoo forms the size of kurama. That plus mastered rinnegan tech. Naruto can't use kurama avatar. Sasuke takes this.
