Shadow Clone Technique

Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows.

Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan

This technique adds natural energy to the Big Ball Rasengan. The natural energy rapidly increases it to gigantic proportions, larger than the user's own body, and is created in an instant. Unlike Naruto's Big Ball Rasengan, it can be used with only one hand.

Planetary Rasengan

Naruto while in Nine-Tails Chakra Mode creates a Big Ball Rasengan in one of his hands, which is then surrounded by three smaller Rasengan, in a similar manner to moons around a planet.When coming into contact with a target, the disordered rotations of the individual Rasengan, created by the central and smaller ones spinning in different directions, interact with each other to form a massive and turbulent cone-shaped vortex.

Tailed Beast Ball

The Tailed Beast Ball is the ultimate technique of a tailed beast. To form the attack, they gather both positive black chakra (+の黒チャクラ, purasu no kuro chakura), and negative white chakra (−の白チャクラ, mainasu no shiro chakura), shape it into a sphere, and then compress it inside their mouth. The black and white chakra needs to be balanced at an 8:2 ratio respectively or it will backfire

Tailed Beast Chakra Arms

This is an ability a jinchūriki is able to perform when in a tailed form. The jinchūriki will use the raw chakra of the their Tailed Beast to form arms, which they can freely manipulate to attack their foes, able to strike an opponent faster than even a Sharingan user can react to.[1] The chakra arms hands are clawed while the rest of the arm seems to lack any kind of joint, thus allowing them to have flexible movements that will generally be impossible for normal arms. The user can create any number of arms that they desire.

Sage Mode

Advantages
There are numerous advantages while using toad Sage Mode. These include:
The user's physical strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, and durability dramatically increase.
The user's ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu become more powerful.
The user can harness the natural energy surrounding them, turning it into an extension of their body, which increases the reach of their attacks.
The user gains the ability to sense chakra around them.
Disadvantages Edit
There are a few disadvantages while using toad Sage Mode. These include:
If the user draws in too much natural energy in the attempt to initiate Sage Mode, they run the risk of transforming into a toad, then into stone. If the transformation is completed, it cannot be reversed.
In order to gather enough natural energy to initiate the transformation into Sage Mode, the user must remain perfectly still. Because of that, the user can be an easy target for an opponent.
Because the user needs to move during combat, the senjutsu chakra cannot be replenished, which means the user can't stay within this state for extended periods of time.
The second and third weaknesses mentioned above can be bypassed through the Sage Art: Amphibian Technique, where one Sage gathers chakra for another or as in Naruto's case, shadow clones can be used for the same purpose.
After Sage Mode has ended, the user appears to experience exhaustion.

Sasuke Abilites

Amaterasu

The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be the fires from hell that are as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user's vision.[4] Though the flames have been stated to be unavoidable, Amaterasu has been avoided a few times; Sasuke Uchiha managed to dodge the flames when Itachi tried focusing on him, though Itachi did not actually want to kill him and managed to hit Sasuke shortly after regardless,[5] and A using his Lightning Release Armour enhanced Body Flicker Technique avoided a short-range Amaterasu launched at him by Sasuke in an instant

Chidori

This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.

Kirin

Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot, lightning technique created by Sasuke Uchiha. He draws natural lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his strike and controls it with chakra. Due to the technique using natural lightning, which Zetsu says reaches the ground in 1/1000th of a second, it is possibly the most powerful lightning technique. However, the preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency; if there are no active thunder clouds the user must create them by using powerful fire techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions.

Intelligence

From a young age, Sasuke has been able to easily learn various ninjutsu, scoring top marks in Academy tests and being referred as a genius by several shinobi. He is a proficient strategist, observing his opponent's skills and deducing their workings with ease and accuracy while remaining calm and composed. He then chooses the most effective means and ninjutsu to counter them.[3] His resolution enables him to pick strategies in which he requires getting injured in order to defeat the enemy, thereby showing tremendous endurance and willpower. Sasuke is also a very capable leader, able to form a team from specific ninja after scouting them out and quickly command their respect and cooperation. Furthermore, he can effectively instruct his team to engage an enemy.

Susanoo

Susanoo, also known as the Tempestuous God of Valour (勇武の荒神, Yūbu no Aragami), is the third ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan to those who awaken the abilities: Tsukuyomi — which symbolises the "darkness of the spiritual world" and Amaterasu — which denotes the "light of the material world". It creates a gigantic, humanoid being that surrounds the user. As one of the strongest techniques granted to those that have acquired the Mangekyō Sharingan, it is the user's guardian deity, but at the same time, it consumes the user's life

Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique

The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon head-shaped fireball. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.

Where did it state Susano'o could be broke by that? Nope, it never did as I recall. Susano'o is called the ultimate defense for a reason....

Edit: Also before anyone says Susano'o has been broken before : It was broken when it was only in it's ribcage state by a powerhouse so that is irrelevant, if that was attempted on a final Susano'o or even the stage right after ribcage Susano'o it would not have worked.

Sasuke with Perfect Susanoo is a worthy opponent for Naruto. Without it, Naruto takes this with low/medium difficulty.
