Everyone keeps saying that Naruto has more brains in this Sasuke and Naruto duo and citing the kaguya battle as example . If you go back and reread the manga, the only smart thing Naruto really did was tricking Kaguya and letting obito and sakura get sasuke back. In fact, neither Sasuke nor Naruto were overly clever in that battle, Kaguya was an easy straightforward person to beat.
Based on this, Sasuke is still the smarter of the two and is better skilled at managing chakra in fighting with precision, Naruto has raw power and a different kind of smarts (which works well in battles).
