Thinking about today's chapter's conclusion I can imagine three possible eventualities.
1. Sakura intercedes and is impaled by Sasuke's technique.
2. In reflection of Madara and Hashirama's VoTe battle naruto will turn out to be a clone. However this is ulikely in my mind considering Madara's visual prowess could discern wood clones. However Neji with the Byakugan could not and it is said to have superior prowess with regards to details in chakra. So anything is possible.
3. Sasuke hesitates, as unlikely as this possibility is considering his big bad talk. I think its still worth mentioning, he hesitated originally during their original battle. The same may happen again.
Out of these three possibilities I believe 1 & 2 to be most likely.
Either or, that attack will not connect with Naruto.

4. People seem to think Naruto will grab his chidori, it would be interesting, perhaps even a reference to Naruto stopping Kabuto's Kunai with his hand.
