Sasuke vs naruto final fight

Seemed like Kishi was working towards naruto vs sasuke ending. Third fight final one where I believed the ending would involve him breaking his vow and having to kill him this time to save the village but now he's talkin to the zombie Kage about duty and the village, really seems like Kishi is planning to bring him back to the leaf or at least ally to naruto.

Did Kishi change his mind about sasuke ,was it fan influence or was his plan all along ?

Is sasuke too far gone. Shoud he be welcome Why should they welcome him back. What could he do to redeem himself kill obito or madara ,

Its been established that Naruto has to deal with Sasuke eventually, I doubt the Hokages make him have a change of heart.

Come on as we have seen normal logic never applies to Sasuke we have seen it so many times .........

We taught after killing Itachi he would return to Konoha but it never happened.....
then when he taught he will attack Konoha but that also never happened instead he trolled and attacked Kage summit so normal logic is not applicable when it comes to Sasuke IMO.

Where did I say that his development was proper or not ??? I just said that normal logic doesn't apply to Sasuke. If he turns good and aid the shinobi alliance after hearing Hashirama it would completely ruin the plot IMO for sure. And people want to see the most over hyped battle Naruto v/s Sasuke and not Sasuke being good boy. If that happens then god save Naruto manga
