i think they will fight for hokage place!
thats the only logical way for them to engage in a fight now..
that, and fight for sakura.. xd

edit: i dont think they will fight to death but i think that that fight will last for like 6-8 manga chapters..

they will both be at end of their strength when naruto will perform talk-no-jutsu and sasuke will surrender and agree with him.

also, a point about minato kcm mode! the only reason why minato was able to access it so easily is because there was no kuramas MIND and WILL to deny access to that chakra!
