This is when we put in fact that Sasuke can't use Preta path and any other jutsu at the same time.
1. Sasuke could use ameno to teleport behind Naruto and attack him with Chidori or Kagutsuchi or Amaterasu or fire ball jutsu.
Naruto wouldn't have enough time to go RSM and dodge the attack.
2. Sasuke could use ameno to teleport behind Naruto and use Human path to paralyse him and read all his memories and take his soul(Asura's soul which could help him with his plan to achieve immortality and end the reincarnation of Indra and Asura), he won't be able to resist it because he didn't go RSM in time.
3. Sasuke could use animal Path to summon a snake or the giant chameleon then use ameno to teleport behind Naruto and make the summon grab him and then use Preta path which absorbs Naruto's RSM mode and makes using any thing other than taijutsu(which he couldn't use cuz of the summon) useless.
Sasuke could do all the previous things.
4. Sasuke could use chidori nagashi on the ground to paralyse him like with bee and do any of the previous jutsus.
Sasuke could do 1,2 and 3 after the Chidori.
5. Sasuke could switch with one of his tsb to get closer to him and successfully do any of the previous ones.
6. Sasuke could use Deva's attractive force to make Naruto come close to him and do any of the previous jutsus.
Sasuke could do all the previous things instead of susanoo.
4 would be enhanced because of the water.
7. Sasuke could use outer path chains(maybe with the black receivers) to paralyse kurama's avatar and defeat it easily.
8. Sasuke could use chidori spear on susanoo's sword.
9. Sasuke could use ameno to attack Naruto from a different direction.
10. Sasuke could draw the chakra from the bijuus into himself to increase the amount of chakra he has.
11. He could make shadow clones and make them use susanoo like how Madara and Naruto did.
12. Sasuke could just keep fighting with taijutsu or not attack the rasenshuriken bijuu ball.
13. Sasuke could use ameno to put Naruto between the two attacks or swap him with one of the attacks if he couldn't.
14. If he didn't lose control over his Rinnegan just in this moment he would absorb the clone with preta and he would get more chakra and know which one is the real Naruto.
15. If Kishimoto didn't nerf the Sharingan and let it make Sasuke know which one is the real Naruto he would get chidori in the chest.
16. If Kishimoto didn't make Naruto tripe Sasuke would absorb his rasengan and and get chakra to use chidori on Naruto.
17. If he didn't make Sasuke close his right eye or turn of the SHARINGAN or something he would keep punching Naruto in the face(If you look at the next panels you would know that he made him turn it off).
18. Kishimoto made Sasuke feel sad about Naruto so he turned of his sharingan which made this happen:

This a proof of how nerfed Sasuke was in vote2, the biggest nerf of all is that he made Sasuke an Itachi clone which broke the whole 2 side of the same coin thing and ****ed up both Sasuke and Madara who may be the last Indra's reincarnation.
