gai has an answer for genjutsu...kakashi met guy on how to fight itachi and it worked the second time even though kakashi use gai's technique properly..itachi has said on numerous occassions never to understimate gai

Gai has no answer for genjutsu and his attacks are mostly linear so Sasuke can just put up a amaterasu barrier when Gai attacks like he did to the raikage.

Gai has a fighting style against sharingan and genjutsu from doujutsu just saying but yeah sasuke would win
