Sasuke VS MEP?

Okay lets say Obitio finishes the Moons Eye Plan to cast an infinite Tsukuyomi on the world. My question is would it effect Sasuke or what I mean to say is could Sasuke break the genjutsu(on himself obviously)? To break Itachi's Tsukuyomi it was stated you needed a Sharingan and to share the same bloodline(I'm not sure if this means to be an Uchiha or an actual family member). Sasuke has the Sharingan so the only problem is the blood. Do you think Obito and Sasuke could be related or would being an Uchiha be enough to break Tsukuyomi?
