Which characters are best for online and local battles?

From what I saw, Madara is a power type and Sasuke is a speed type. Is this true?

i know that its about storm 4, as i said "ameno chidori" which is sasukes 2nd jutsu.

idk i bought that game a few months ago and stopped playing after 2 days, but i always played as the last sasuke, just watch some youtube combo videos

you can choose movesets for sasukes, like, you can choose which jutsu you want him to have and which ultimate. so the rinnegan war sasuke and the last sasuke are pretty much the same

not the combos. just the jutsu and ultimate jutsus. like, the rinnegan war sasuke and the last sasuke have some different combos, but theys are pretty much identical. while choosing the character, you can pick one triangle + circle combo. afaik its:

fireball jutsu
enton fireball jutsu
blue chidori
grey chidori
amaterasu

and the ougi is either:
chibaku tensei chidori
or chibaku tensei susanoo chidori

as far as i know, adult sasuke is just a costume for the last sasuke, at least thats what the dlc sasuke was. since adult sasuke got a new moveset im not sure, gotta check a video first

Youll probably be able to choose which ultimate jutsu and jutsu you want him to have among the jutsus i just listed + his new jutsu

basically, it looks like there are 3 rinnegan sasukes where you can choose between jutsus and ultimate jutsus

i dont know, i didnt compare them, but if their moveset is very very similar, why shouldnt they do the same damage?

It depends on your playstyle, I like madara's reach a whole lot better, at the same time sasuke has awesome speed.

Edo Madara moveset is the best by far imo. The reach and versatility is OP. Sasuke is finesse.
