Madara wins because people are ignoring fact that Madara and Hagoromo himself confirmed . Its clearly said that Infinite Tsukuyomo don´t only puts victims at genjutsu it also allows caster to control victims chakra.So Madara would have huge source of chakra to replenish his reserves or to put that chakra inside his PS and so.

IT is not necessary, Juubidama deals with indras arrow, sasuke would most probably die from the clash or be drained of chakra, while madara would be fine due to regeneration, immortality and the juubi's chakra resource. other than that madara is superior in all other aspects. so he wins.
