The shinju existed.. Kaguya ate the fruit.. Kaguya merged with the shinju to become the Juubi

so the Juubi as an entity is the embodiment of the God-tree and Kaguya

Madara absorbed the God tree because the Juubi that he had was incomplete, as it didn't have the God-tree
so the Complete Juubi would be the one after Madara absorbed the God-tree. This immortality comes with being a JJ. Look at Holy God's post below

The Ten-Tails was original the Holy Tree and Kaguya (Tailed Beasts), but Obito had separated the Holy Tree from himself and the Ten-Tails, which is why Madara absorbed the Ten-Tails and then later absorbs the Holy Tree, making him immortal.

Kaguya = 10 tails + Shinju

Shinju requires the chakra of the entire world, without that JJ Madara isn't immortal, he admitted Gai nearly killed him and ran away from Naruto's RS knowing it was potentially fatal

this completely goes against the manga
