I think that looks fake because Madara's hair looks really weird.... his face is a bit bigger in comparison to his bangs and he splits his part closer to the middle of his face than more to the left

But I think it would be very interesting if Madara and Sasuke did have a talk, I doubt they would though because Madara seems like he could careless about Sasuke and his Susanoo and he seems a lot more interested in Hashirama... Though if that panel were real and it was going to happen I bet Madara would call Sasuke a disgrace for an Uchiha before beating the shit out of him and making Uchiha blood sauce
