Sasuke loses, even if he had the same damn power-ups as Madara (including the beasts and eyes). Madara has tons upon tons upon tons of experience and knowledge and expertise.

Even if Sasuke was right away given the abilities and traits of Rikudou Madara for a fight, he would've still lost because Madara is over a century old battlemaster with tons of other character traits.
