I like this match up because what it ultimately comes down to is the difference in their sharingan techniques, and the versatility it affords them. So I think this matching would do well to list the techniques we know each to have, as well as the strengths and weaknesses these jutsu afford them. Obito wouldn't have access to Kamui. His abilities should be exactly the same as when he was a Juubi Jin.

Shiiiittttt... I don't know haha. Kurama, in the last chapter, said sasuke's Rinnegan is still young, so sasuke can only use one Rinnegan technique at a time. (Edo Nagato could use more than one Rinnegan technique at a single time) but if sasuke is about to get hit with an attack from obito or madara, sasuke could swap with the other and make "the other" take the hits.

I would like to go with Madara on this one. I believe he has true mastery over all the abilities he has access to.
I say Sasuke comes second.
