That's before Sasuke even showcased any of his rinne abilities. You gotta try a tad bit harder. & Again Oro had to be referring to Rinne Madara because Madara was using Rinnegan at that time not EMS

Orochimaru said this before Sasuke fought madara. Madara didn't have Rinnegan at this point in time he had EMS. I know that because Sasuke is in perfect condition(Meaning before his fight with madara and before madara got the Rinnegan).

So Orochimaru was referring to EMS Madara

If Madara didn't have Rinne at this point the that means Sasuke still had Ems.

Which again doesn't fit in the stipulations op specified.

Madara had 1 Rinne that jutsu was Limbo oriented which is why Sasuke couldn't see nor sense it until he met the sage. Also I'm inclined to believe that Hashi's SM is what allowed Madar to even Sense Sasuke's arrival.

And Sasuke had Ems op asked about Rinne Sasuke.

Nope madara had sensing even before he got hashi SM, afterall he blitzed SM naruto and sai + had a lil spa with sasuke prior to getting hashi SM

I wanted to test something, can Sasuke stand a chance without his 6 Paths?
It's Sasuke from when he got his Rinnegan Vs. Madara in his prime.
Restrictions: Sasuke's 6 paths. He can only use his Rinnegan to teleport.
Everything else including Susanoo is allowed. No Kurama.

OT: With Amenotijikara Madara loses whether or not he can counter the sword work of Sasuke's Susano'o with his own. If he summons the Kyuubi Sasuke could assume it and I'm doubting that the Eternal Mangekyo is sufficient to regain control. A flying Kyuubi, Kirin and sword swipes of that nature would overwhelm Madara. ​
