Were not sure of What new abilities EMS give Sasuke other than never going blind and a new Susano. If they're fighting near water id say Kisami but if they're on land id say Sasuke.

agaom of there is any nearby water surce , kisame is looking to pwn , but no one really knows what abilities the EMS gives Sasuke , but in general i know that Sasuke will be a tough match for Kisame , due to the completely difference techniques in which they both use
