I actually think Kimimaro takes this. His bone defense makes it really difficult for Sasuke to get a good hit off on him and his taijutsu allows him to create very sudden attacks, ones that would test Sasuke's reflexes, even with 3T during pt. 1. Pt. 2 Sasuke beats Kimimaro for sure though.

Well for one thing, Kimimaro has been shown to have excellent reflexes, Sasuke would have a hard time hitting him with it IMO.
Kimimaro's Bone defenses are even stronger than Gaara's sand. It'll pierce it but it'll significantly take away from the impact of Chidori, Kimimaro could just add another layer of bone and he probably wouldn't be affected much from Chidori because of his defense. It's a move Kimimaro can tank and then counter Sasuke in close range which would be disastrous for Sasuke, especially since he could only use it 3 or 4 times back then.

For anyone saying Sasuke wins, how does he hurt Kimmimaro... You could say Chidori, but Kimmimaro's speed is on par of Lee's... Lee was only able to hit him with drunken fist... Kimmimaro's bone's are as hard as steel. Now unless chidori can pierce steel. He's not hurting Kimmimaro at all.
