His Chidori is canonically more powerful than Raikiri, as he can reduce it down to two fingers - more powerful than Raikage's three-Fingered Raiton Stab and slightly less powerful than a single-fingered Hell-Stab. Not to mention his speed, Shuriken-jutsu, and Kenjutsu with Kusanagi. The Samurai were shown to cut a bit through his bones, Kusanagi should slice through it. If not, than Chidori-Spear is enough.

Summons are also not restricted, so Sasuke has an advantage there as well.

And Kusanagi isn't piercing Kimi Ba Himi. It couldn't even pierce a 4 tail Naruto...
