If that's the case, he wins S1, has a shot at S2, loses S3. If he can use CS in all scenarios, he definitely takes S2 as well, still loses S3.

I would say kidm beat sasuke low diff scenario 1 and with scenario 2 kidm still wins but high difficulty

Sasuke loses. He doesn't have the advantages Neji did and while he has superior speed through CS enhancements, he has no way of perceiving Kidoumaru's projectiles and CS uses his stamina considerably, so Sasuke loses every scenario.

Its heavily implied that the only way Kido's webs could be destroyed was by Neji's Jyuken. Or also by a highly concentrated Chakra Blade.

The scenario's are confusing me so ill say this,Vote 1 Sasuke would destroy Kido. Anything below that and he loses. HE can maybe win without cm2 because he has a variety of long range attacks, which neji lacked, which is also why Neji was struggling with Kido.
