I think kidoumaru will win,sasuke has no way to cut his thread if he gets caught in it.He can't know where the golden arrow will come from either since he hasnt got byakugan.He also will get overpowerd by the giant spider.

Kidomaru. 100% accuracy says it all. There's absolutely nothing sasuke can do to him. Especially seeing what neji had to go through to beat him.
Logically even neji shouldn't have beaten him but because good must prevail neji had to pull out a victory but I doubt sasuke could do the same
