@Bogard Obito probably got damaged during the bombs. Izanagi completely alters reality. This notion is fully supported when Danzo got burnt into Oblivion, but came back in the form before he received this devastating mortal wound. Izanagi will reconstruct the reality exactly at the point it was initiated.
As for the rest of your points. Laughable as usual. Izanagi ONLY alters reality for the moment it's initiated/used. It won't make the individual reappear, or alter their reality before that moment:
