Kabuto is just too powerful for Sasuke to defeat on his own with the current power that he has shown. I believe once Sasuke starts fully using his EMS abilities I could say it would be more of an even battle in my opinion.

The Sound Genjutsu is much faster than Amaterasu. Besides, Kabuto can easily dodge Amaterasu in his Snake/Dragon Sage Mode while Sasuke would fail to dodge the Sound Genjutsu as well as the White Rage Technique.

Kabuto can be in Sage Mode for as long as he wants and besides, due to Juugos abilities that Kabuto possesses it won't even take a little bit of time for Kabuto to enter Sage Mode.
As for Shedding Skin part, it doesn't take Ten Minutes for one to shed their skin. It takes much less time and thus Kabuto would be able to shed his skin before Amaterasu reaches him.
Amaterasu is not faster than the Susanoo arrows. If it had not been so than Sasuke would've not been able to evade Amaterasu during his fight his Itachi. I am pretty sure Kabuto without his Sage Mode is much faster than Sasuke in his Lvl 2 Cursed Seal Mode.

You are wrong. Kabuto only requires Sakon and Ukon's DNA to create a clone of Tayuya. He doesn't need to enter Sage Mode for EVERYTHING.

susanoo arrow is fired from the place A to Place B but amaterasu burns where the users look.
have you though that kabuto can survive amaterasu to the face ? he is not oro. if his entire body is burnt by black flam, he dies.
