Jugo doesn't have much chakra I guess. Lee only has tai. Karinis good noly for healing/sensing/strategies/minor tai. In that case I think sasukewins as long as he can maintain susanoo.

Sasuke and tbh it s basically sasuke vs juugo and lee.
Karin isnt a fighting type, sasuke can reserve his chakra like danzo and just use taijutsu on karin.

Juugo isnt quick enough to dodge amaterasu. Tbh only lee has a chance and thats a slim chance at best. Lee only knows taijutsu and even if he goes 5 gates mode which doesnt last long, partial susanoo should protect sasuke. Then again if sasuke uses blaze release on susano, it would render lee's taijiutsu useless unless he wants to sacrifice an arm and a leg

u saw when darui vs sugietsu he was paralyse by the lightning attack .Also when killerbe was fighting them sugietsu fainting when sasuke use chidori through sugetsu to hit killerbee
