Yea but he can't simply go into sage mode..It takes roughly 6/7 mins of him with his hands clasped together to summon ma and pa and get into it...Look at his fight with pain....He'll get a susanno arrow in the face a few seconds into the fight.... just like kakashi (luckily kakashi had kamui xD, he said without it he was dead)

I think Jiraiya will pin down Sasuke.

Now - Shishui vs Minato is really tricky as very little info available on Shishui (Only body flickr and Kotoamatsukami)

So if Minato dodges Kotoamatsukami then He wins otherwise Shisui owns him. But without proper info on Shisui, its difficult to answer.
