Deidara had no chakra either and and set of a giant explosion. Either way, even in part one, Kabuto ran out of chakra after healing of Naruto's rasengan yet still had enough chakra to summon Manda, plus, whose to say he didn't use Oro's chakra to summon, Manda? The possibilities are endless.

I love all three sannins all are powerful in there own way. Jirayia is the second strongest sannin in my book but he is no match for saskue. With his EMS I dont think the toad master stand a chance. Saskue wins with high difficulty
