He doesn't have any of the Edo Tensei benefits nor does he have EMS feats. He only has the stamina feats of an EMS user.

Yup and stamina would mean that he can at the very least match sasuke's Susano time. If totsuka can pierce sasukes susano then itachi wins. Otherwise Sasuke outlasts cause of the minimal strain from EMS and larger Chakra pool.

Not sure if an Edo feels the strain/pain from the MS techs. But yeah not much else to discuss.

The main thing Sasuke has in Itachi wasn't always Stamina, it was damage output, and physical jutsu, which Sasuke has had the edge in since their fight. Itachi will never catch his legged Susanoo, and Sasuke has the EMS to spam Amaterasu. I'd even wager to say Peak EMS Sasuke could win without activating Susanoo.

You have to remember that the Legged Susanoo is the same speed as BM. Totsuka would never touch Sasuke.

By stamina I meant chakra, so I'll correct OP. Edo tensei has shown to run out of chakra, but it regenerates in time. This property is still in place.

@bold: absolutely no proof of that. Hence why I said if it can. I doubt an Edo would be affected by the MS strain though...and since their stamina is the same they can hold up susano'o about the same amount of time.

But chakra pool was never his problem, it was the disease and MS strains that affected him. It would be reasonable to assume he has average chakra levels. Idk if Sasuke's exceeds that amount. If he does and IF totsuka can't pierce that susano'o then Sasuke wins
