I'm just not seeing it. Once it becomes a Susanoo battle, they can't hurt each other. Its basically waiting to see which one will drop first. Itachi is still subject to MS Strain and has that illness to boot. Sasuke has no strain due to EMS and no illness. I fail to see how Itachi can get around this.

It's close, but Itachi wins. Itachi knows how to use the Sharingan better than Sasuke, and Itachi is smarter. I don't see him losing an all-out fight.
