This is KM4 Naruto we are talking about, not complete Kyuubi. Its hard to believe that it was giving him better protection than Complete Susanoo is giving to Sasuke.

Taijutsu: 4.5 v 3.5 (Itachi's better)

Intelligence: 5 v 3.5 (Itachi's better)

Genjutsu: 5 v 4 (Itachi's better)

Seals: 5 v 4 (Itachi's better)

Speed: 5 v 4.5 (Itachi's better)

And that's sick Itachi to boot.

Itachi might have been better in DB1 and DB2 if listed since his sickness wasn't as prominent.

Because Itachi was trained by his father as he expected him to lead the clan and join in and add him in the coup. By the time he diverted his attention to Sasuke, the massacre happened. Remember how surprised Fugako was when Sasuke mastered the Katon attack all by himself? You have to consider many factors here.

But yes, 3T Itachi was superior to 3T Sasuke.

No, what I meant was that with Orochimaru's abilities and the CS2, Sasuke would have too much for 3T Itachi. Shippuden 3T Sasuke without any of these abilities is inferior to 3T Itachi.
