Sasuke wins. He broke tsukiyomi with 3T sharingan. He has a stronger eye than itachi,can spam susanoo much longer than itachi,can spam other ms jutsus as well. Sasuke surpassed itachi once he got the ems.

1) itachi obviously canceled tsukyomi and you know why !
2) there is no spamming, he has chakra like others and Itachi susanoo has the two spiritual items so i give him the advantage

dude,itachi is an ms user with low chakra,is sick,and is fighting an ems user with more chakra,what do you expect?

1) tsukiyomi appears in a second,both itachi and sasuke were on the ground,and zetsu said he broke it,and we saw the genjutsu crack. Itachi said only his blood sibling can break tsukiyomi,even if itachi cancelled,you really think it will work against an ems user?

2) no spamming? Havent you seen his recent fights?,he spams enton,susanoo and ama like nothing,and his chakra is well above itachi,also his susanoo has an extra layer on it,itachi's yata mirror can block the front,what happens if sasuke uses ama on the shield ans itachi's susanoo itself,or uses enton to manipulate the flames on the ground around itachi,then he wont be able to move freely,how long can itachi hold his susanoo?,cuz sasuke can hold it for abt 10 minutes or so while itachi barely held it for 5. Totsuka wont pierce his susanoo,his susanoo can fight too you know?,also his enton sword he used against the webs is also viable.

3) because he didnt know abt edo tensei and the mechanisms,and he wanted answers from itachi. Besides,itachi is his brother isnt he?. Besides,itachi wasnt ordering him,just told him not to kill kabuto(which he couldnt have done anywayxd) as it wouldnt stop edo,told him not to listen to kabuto's lies and told him to stay close as izanami was preparing. That's not ordering,that's advicing.

2) i can't see totsuka blade not piercing sasuke susanoo (because its not a solid sword , its spiritual so it will move freely inside of him)
it doesn't matter where sasuke amaterasu the susanoo as long as there is not point to break him and the flames won't get to itachi
and about keeping susanoo , you are obviously talking about the sick itachi who fought sasuke did you see how much he kept it where he had so much chakra and i said that EMS sasuke > sick itachi
he has more powerful long range attack that will help him when the susanoo won't move freely

1) totsuka blade is a spiritual weapon existing in a physical form,itachi used it to cut oro's hydra heads didnt he?,oro was also looking for the sword as well,why would he be looking for it if he couldnt hold it?. Yata mirror is also a spiritual weapon,but sasuke used his sword to hit it as well as his explosive kunais as well,ans it blocked the attacks physically didnt it?.

2) the OP only said itachi wasnt edo,so i assumed he meant the nornal itachi,we have no ides how much chakra a healthy one has,kimimaro had a chronic sickness,but his chakra wasnt low was it?,oro's body was weakened,yet he did his kawarimi multiple times which a healthy could do only once.

3) Itachi pushed himself beyond his limits because he wanted to die at sasuke's hands and wanted to push sasuke to force oro out of his body,he wanted to die,which is why he used susanoo that long as well as his other ms jutsus. He was healthier in part 1,yet turned off his sharingan completely after one small ama and 2 tsukiyomis. When he was in the susanoo,he was coughing and the susanoo began to dissapear,but he still reformed it again,he purpsoely used it so that he would die. Sasuke can use enton on the ground around itachi,even if itachi is in his susanoo,he has to walk towards sasuke,and he will walk on the ground wont he?,if he sees it,he wont move forward,sasuke can make his ring of black flames around itachi and his susanoo,or just block the front,as he has the ems,his ama is stronger than an ms one,susanoo arrows have no affinity,except ama,which isnt weak to any affinity and burns through almost anything,so ama arrows continously will keep itachi at bay,enton flames on the grund will keep itachi from getting closer,not to mention the gact that the flames can create a good time for kirin. All the while itachi's stamna and body is getting weaker faster than sasuke.

4) Izanami?,do you know how long that jutsu takes?,itachi used his ms jutsus far longer than he would have even if he were healthy,his eyes would have given way. Once you do an ms jutsu you instantly begin to feel pain,your chakra reduces and your eyes bleed,healthy or not,that weakness is gone from the ems which only drains your chakra ems,which means sasuke will use his much longer than itachi can. That tech takes far too long,especially if itachi is going up against sasuke.

5) KA is in a crow,it has to fly and make eye contact,sasuke will simply ama the crow easily.

Ameterasu / Blaze release is useless vs Susanoo

Itachi's susanoo is stronger with spiritual weapons but sasuke can keep his up longer because of EMS.

Itachi has KA, there is a big chance of it working if Sasuke tries to Ametarasu it because that's the biggest chance of eye contact.

I'd give it to Itachi high difficulty because of KA.

Sasuke wins, he has more chakra and stamina then Sasuke, plus he has knowledge on all of Itachi's abilities so KA most likely will be avoided.

it comes down to susano vs susano. sasukes enton covers susano so its unassailable. the enton can flow down the totsuka and attack itachi. sasukes stamina means he can just maintain it all battle like with kabuto but itachis screwed

he pushed himslef because sasuke was a lot stronger than he originally imagined and was strong enough to force him into it. itachi was apparently gonna die regardless of what he did.

it cant just phase through things. it cut up oros hydra and kimimaros bones. so it has a physical form despite what zetsu said
