Yes, but Itachi's susanoo has the yata mirror and sword of totsuka which has been said that with both of those items his suasnoo is invincible.

Sasuke, his sharingan was able to break Tsukiyomi and was able to outmatch Itachi in fire style and mastered lighting style. From what we know, Sasuke has a greater jutsu pool too. Keep in mind no MS or EMS.

daraban is right. i think sasuke`s sharingan is stronger than itahi`s

A half dead itachi who intended for sasuke to win the battle and kill him still won the duel against sasuke.

Sasuke's normal sharingan is better than Itachi's. Sasuke broke through Itachi's Tsukiyomi with normal sharingan. Even Zetsu was amazed how he did that without Mangekyo.

Sasuke mightve broken out of atsukuyomi, but after what weve discovered about itachi and his true motive which was to die by sasuke's hands, im inclined to say that, that mustve been the least potent tsukuyomi itachi casted.
