Really? Without MS, i think Sasuke will win. He is far more better in ninjutsu than Itachi. They are not so far from the other in speed and taijutsu even if Itachi has the edge, but he could not blitz Sasuke. The power of Sasuke in ninjutsu will make him win.

theres a reason why itachi needed MS to keep up with holding back hebi sasuke (i know itachi was supposedly sick and going blind but sasuke had just got done fightign deidara to the death and was devoting chakra to suppressing orochimaru). he cant beat him without it.
sasuke is too strong. hes just as fast as itachi (even deidara and tobi were amazed), has powerful lightning manipulation for attack and defence, great dragon fire > any katons itachi has, and since poor itachi has no susano, kirins gonna kill him this time. people think it takes hours to prep but reread that fight. sasuke did use up alot on substitution but he has no amaterasu to avoid anymore.

Tbh itachi has shown us very limited ninjutsu feats without ms therefore this is rather unfair because genjutsu wouldnt be a factor.

Anyway in part 1 we saw how base itachi got the better of kurenai and more importantly kakashi without breaking a sweat, even before he used tsukuyomi.

So whilst sasuke might have shown us more ninjutsu feat no different to kakashi, that doesnt mean he wins this. Base itachi is part 1 alone has been more impressive than base (combined with his feats in base as an edo), sasuke minus cm2.

If it comes down to it izanami is always there and that isnt an ms technique although i do not believe its needed
